Cupcake Tags

Good Morning!  Today is my day to post on the SumMore Fun blog.  Instead of a card, which is my usual creation, I decided to think outside of the box and make tags this week!  They use the sweet Raisin Boat Teatime Treats stamp set.
I started by stamping the images and sentiments from the Teatime Treats stamp set onto white cardstock.  For the images, I used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut them out and painted them with Sparkling Unicorn Spit.
The tags I used are Large Tag-Its in Lemon and Kraft.  I added various washi tape to them, Trendy Page Dots, Raspberry Cupcake Trendy Twine, and Grape Fizz Trendy Twine.
The cupcake circle was popped up with foam tape onto the tag and the sentiment was simply glued on.  The finishing touch was Pearl Pen dots in Gold, Glitter Pink, and Pearl Pink.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Helen, You're The Best!

Today the current and some past Trendy Twine DT members are taking time to thank our amazing leader, Helen for SEVEN years of dedication to the Trendy Twine team!  You are totally awesome, Helen, and we couldn't do it without you.  Thank you for all you do for us!
I made her a rainbow card using washi tape and Trendy Twine in the following colors:  Totally Red, Totally Pumpkin, Totally Lemon, Totally Limeade, Totally Blue, and Totally Grape.  I stamped a sentiment from the APB Choose Happy stamp set and embellished with Grape Fizz sequins and Lime Licorice Batty Sequins.  The dies I used are GMD stitched rectangle and loopy rectangle dies.
Make sure you stop by the Trendy Twine blog to see all of the other wonderful creations the ladies have made for Helen!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Chalkboard Style Congrats Cards

I promised you another day of graduation cards, so here they are!  I made them in a very similar style as yesterday's card, but with a different feel to them.
The papers are from DCWV's DIY Chalk Party stack, which I love for school themed projects.  The stamp set is Pink and Main's Congrats and I stamped it with VersaMark ink and heat embossed with white powder.  I used GMD slash stitched oval dies and popped them up with foam tape.
Embellishments include Totally Lemon Trendy Twine (first card), white seam binding (second card), and Gold Pearl Pen dots.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Feminine Congrats Card

This is going to be a week for me to post all the graduation cards I made this year :)  If you missed yesterday's post, you can see it here, plus I will have another graduation card tomorrow to share.
I really, REALLY loved how this card turned out!  The gorgeous papers are from DCWV's Hello Darlin' stack.  The stamp set is Pink and Main's Congrats and I stamped it with VersaFine Onyx Black and heat embossed with clear powder.  I used three different kinds of oval dies and popped them up with foam tape.  Embellishments include white seam binding and GMD Rose Garden enamel dots.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
