Victorine Originals Challenge ~ Mood Board #11

Happy Friday! Today is the start of a new challenge at the Victorine Originals blog with the theme of "Pearls and Lace". Here is what I created for inspiration!

This card uses the VO Wedding Couple Silhouette (or the Wedding Clear Polymer set) and VO Elegant Sayings stamp set.  I used a GMD stitched rectangle die for stamping the couple on and a GMD crochet lace oval die for the sentiment.

The pretty patterned papers are from DCWV's Fairytale Dreams stack.  I embellished with White Nuvo Crystal Drops, Totally Black Trendy Twine, and washi tape.

Chandelier Card

Good morning!  Today I am sharing this simple yet elegant chandelier card.

I used the GMD Chandelier Flourish die and GMD Sophisticated enamel dots with papers from the DCWV Wedding stack.  I wrapped the patterned paper panel with black grosgrain ribbon.  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps' Everyday Greetings set.

Pink and Gray Wedding Card

Today I am sharing a wedding card that I was requested to create.  The wedding colors were pink and gray and it was an outdoor wedding, so I ran with those ideas to create this card!

 The tree die cut file is from SVG Attic's SDS Flourished Spring set.  The wedding couple was an image from Google that I traced in my software.  I dressed the bride up with a veil using ribbon and pearls.  I added a heart die cut (unbranded die from eBay) with the couple's initials and a bow of Totally White Trendy Twine to the tree trunk.

 In the top corner, I added more pearls and Nuvo Crystal Drops in Bubblegum Blush.  The double sided paper from DCWV's Fairytale Dreams stack was perfect for turning the corner over for a peek at the back side.

Here is what I did with the inside.  The sentiment is from Pink and Main's Wishes stamp set.

Hummingbird Floral Card

Hello all, today I am sharing this lovely hummingbird card I created using dies from Gina Marie Designs.  

I used the GMD Flying Hummingbird die and inked it with Distress Inks.  I also did the same with the GMD Spring Flower Arrangement die that the hummingbird is "drinking" out of.

Other dies I used on this card include GMD Slash Stitched Oval die and GMD Crochet Lace Oval die.  The patterned papers are from DCWV's Watercolor Garden stack.

The sentiment is from CDD Simply Said and was stamped in Versafine Onyx Black.  A double bow of Chocolate Truffle Trendy Twine was the finishing touch!
