SheetLoad of Anniversary Blessings Cards

Hello all! I am back with another SheetLoad of cards. This time it is anniversary cards. They were created with the May 2024 SheetLoad of Cards sketch and papers from the DCWV Romantic Life stack.
I kept the cards pretty simple. The "anniversary" sentiment was from GMD Happy die coordinating word stamps and stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black. The word "blessings" was created in SCAL and cut out of adhesive vinyl with my Silhouette Cameo
Silver glitter cardstock was around the center focal point, which added sparkle and shine! Adhesives used include ATG, and Bearly Art precision glue.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

SheetLoad of Masculine Birthday Cards

Hello all! I am back to share a sheetload of masculine birthday cards that I created last year, but never got around to sharing! They are 5x7 size.
I used the July 2024 SheetLoad of Cards sketch. Patterned papers were from The Paper Studio's Joyfall Gathering paper pad.
The focal point was die cut with Pink Fresh Studio Fancy Label Frames and my Spellbinders Platinum 6 machine. One card was for an uncle who turned 95, and the others were stamped with a sentiment from the My Craft Spot Chalkboard Sentiments stamp set and Scrapbook.com Dark Chocolate ink. I colored the sentiment with Sprectrum Noir markers (GY4, AB2, BO4). Adhesives used include ATG and Bearly Art Precision glue.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

SheetLoad of Masculine Sympathy Cards

Hello all! I am trying to get caught up a bit with projects I haven't shared with you, so today it is a SheetLoad of masculine sympathy cards.
Patterned papers are from DCWV's Farmstead Harvest 6x6" stack. I used scraps of papers, so I didn't officially make the whole SheetLoad (July 2019), just used the sketch. The focal point was created with Cottage Cutz rectangle dies, Unity stamp set No Better Words and Scrapbook.com Camel and Dark Chocolate inks.
Adhesives used include Bearly Art precision glueATG and foam tape. The finishing touch was a trio of Park Lane 3mm gold gems.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine~SheetLoad of Valentine's Day Cards

Hello all! Welcome to 2025 and a new post for the Trendy Twine blog! As soon as the new year hits, I love creating for Valentine's Day. Since I send Valentine's Day cards out to family every year, I decided to create a SheetLoad of Cards featuring Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine. That twist is the perfect twine for Valentine's Day since it has both red and pink!
I used the December 2020 SheetLoad of Cards sketch for my cards. Patterned papers are all from Echo Park's Love Notes collection. I thought the papers were absolutely adorable and the Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine matched perfectly!
Once I had the background papers layered, I wrapped Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine around it and adhered it to the card base. The tags were actually a piece of the patterned paper cut apart, but if you wanted to create your own with stamps, Annie's Paper Boutique has a fantastic collection of Tag-Its to choose from! I did punch a hole in the top of each tag, added a Cherry Latte Trendy Page Dot, and ran two lengths of Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine through the hole before popping them up with foam tape on the card.
To add a little sparkle, I glued a trio of Peppermint Stick Sequins on each card front. I think these will put a smile on the recipients' faces!

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

If you don't need a whole spool of Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine, consider the Cherry Cupcake Sampler that includes 10 yards each of Posy, Cherry Cupcake, and Berry Trendy Twines.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

SheetLoad of Seminarian Christmas Cards

Hello all! Today I am sharing cards I made to send to the seminarians who are studying to become priests from our diocese. There are 20 cards in all and were made using the November 2024 SheetLoad of Cards sketch
16 of the cards were created with a blue theme. The background papers for all cards were from The Paper Studio's Star of Bethlehem 8.5x11 paper pad. The patterned paper for the narrow strips and the focal point were from Echo Park's Silent Night 6x6 paper pad. Those cut aparts meant that I didn't need to stamp images or sentiments! Love that!
I didn't have enough quantity of the blue scene background papers, so I ended up using a tan background scene from the same paper pad. With the different accent colors, I think they turned out nice too! I made a total of 4 in this color palette. I didn't add any embellishments or dimension to these cards to help with mailing. Two are headed to Rome, and I didn't want any postage delays! Adhesives used include Bearly Art precision glue and ATG. On a side note, I did switch the position of the panel of paper strips on the cards depending on what I wanted visible on the background paper. Feel free to move around elements on sketches to make them your own!
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

GIU Gal Day#4

Hello all! Welcome to Day 4 of my Growing in Unity week. I am thrilled to be able to showcase Unity Stamp Co. products every day this week. Make sure you follow along and comment on my blog each day for a chance to win $20 Unity gift certificates sponsored by Unity Stamp Co!

Today is a hard day for me. It is my mom's birthday, but she passed away three months ago. With that being said, I chose to create a SheetLoad of Sympathy cards for today's project.
The focal point for these cards are stamps from Unity's I Consider You Special stamp set. It shows that it isn't available at Unity right now, which is a bummer because I use that set SO MUCH! I still linked it with an old blog post link in case they bring it back because it is a great one for sure. The sentiment was stamped with VersaFine Clair Morning Mist and the floral image was stamped with Scrapbook.com Soft Lavender. As I mentioned earlier, these cards are based on the April 2023 SheetLoad of Cards sketch. The patterned paper is from The Paper Studio's Katherine 6x6 pad. I loved the soft lavenders in it! I accidentally got a little chop happy with the first paper, so I ended up improvising and making 8 cards instead of the 6 I originally intended. More cards is never a bad thing, right?!
The background solid colors (sage green and navy) are from Scrapbook.com's Peppermint A2 cardstock pad. To be honest, I was looking for an excuse to use a chunk of that pad because it is the only A2 size one that I have and a little out of place in my cupboard. Those colors worked great for sympathy cards! The foliage die cut was from Sizzix Thinlits Wild Blooms #2 and Recollections silver cardstock. Adhesives used include Bearly Art precision glue and ATG. To embellish, I added a trio of small Park Lane silver gems
Make sure you leave a comment here before you go and come back tomorrow for another project!

Lavender Birthday Cards

Hello all! I'm back with a duo of lavender birthday cards that were created with the Card Maker Success Summit Exclusive #2 SheetLoad of Cards sketch.
The patterned paper is from The Paper Studio's Katherine 6x6 paper pad. That was an impulse buy one day as I recently was simply walking the aisles of Hobby Lobby after a not so fun medical test. I decided to reward myself by just relaxing through that craft store. Have you ever done that?
The GMD double stitched in and out hexagon die was cut in half and stamped on with a Raisin Boat Flourishing Thoughts stamp and VersaFine Clair Morning Mist ink. Adhesives used include ATG and Bearly Art precision tip glue. Embellishments were GMD purple trio enamel dots and Pink & Main galaxy sticky gems.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

SheetLoad of Fall Birthday Cards

Hello all! I purchased the Joyfall Gathering paper pad from The Paper Studio a couple months ago because I loved all the beautiful fall prints in it. I decided I needed to put those papers to great use by making a SheetLoad of cards. The template I used was from September 2020.
These were fairly quick to put together! On the stamped panel I used Raisin Boat Damask Elegance set with SB.com Orange Cream ink for the image as well as Raisin Boat Flourishing Thoughts with VersaFine Onyx Black ink for the sentiment.

Adhesives used include ATG and Bearly Art precision tip glue.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

SheetLoad of School Cards

Hello all! I am sharing a project that I completed a while ago but hadn't gotten around to sharing yet. It is a SheetLoad of school themed cards!
I made 4 cards using the sketch from the April 2024 SheetLoad of Cards. The patterned papers and stamps I used were all from Echo Park Paper. Along the diagonal cut lines of the red paper panel, I added strips of 1/8" tape for extra definition. The stamped panel was layered die cuts from the Pink Fresh Studio essential label dies set. The sticker sheet included in the paper kit was just right for embellishments on these cards!
I used the scraps from the 4 original cards to create this one. It is fun to just let a layout for a card develop as it goes! Adhesives used on these cards include ATG and Bearly Art precision tip glue.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Happy Easter!

Hello all, and happy Easter! I have a post on the Trendy Twine blog with a new set of Easter cards! I needed a few more cards to send out, and this was just the right amount.
The part that makes these cards so adorable are the new circle retro Easter tags. I just couldn't wait to use them! This first set has Happy Easter Ducky Retro Tags and blue 3" Paper Doilies
To add extra visual interest around the tag, I used Bearly Art precision glue to add a circle and bow of Lemon Tart Trendy Twine. Blue Berry Sequins were the final embellishment for this duo of cards.
The second set of cards feature Easter Egg Chick Retro Tags and green 3" Paper Doilies. They are embellished in a similar way with the Lemon Tart Trendy Twine, but have Grape Fizz sequins.
The patterned papers I used are from the Jillibean Soup Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup 6x6 pad. The sketch was from February 2024 SheetLoad of Cards
Wishing you all a very happy and blessed Easter!

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Dollar Tree Sticker SheetLoad of Cards

Hello all! I am back with more cards I created using Dollar Tree stickers. Normally, I never use stickers on my crafting projects, but when I ran across some of the recent stickers in Dollar Tree that look like alcohol inks on acetate, I definitely wanted to try them out. I am so glad I did! I used the November 2021 SheetLoad of Cards template and Recollections Plaids 6x6" paper pad for all of them.
I started by making a trio of birthday cards with bold, beautiful flower stickers. Then, I moved on to cactus cards with a thinking of you theme.
I really love how the patterned papers matched the colors of the cacti so well!
The last set of cards, were once again birthday cards, with different papers than the first ones. I used some of the smaller flower stickers left on the sticker sheet and I like how these turned out as well! The sentiments were all from Raisin Boat's No Loss For Words stamp set and I used VersaFine Clair Morning Mist ink
Adhesives used were ATG and Bearly Art precision glue. The stickers already had foam tape on them. If there was more than one layer of foam tape on the sticker, I peeled the back layer off to facilitate easier mailing and used a Glue Dot to adhere it to the card. To embellish, I used Park Lane gems.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Adhesives used include ATG, and Bearly Art precision glue. here is a look at the different styles of cards this SheetLoad created.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Thanks Snow Much Cards

Hello all, I am on the Trendy Twine blog today sharing a set of thank you cards perfect for sending out for those holiday gifts you received. The focal point of these cards are the adorable Round Holiday Snowman Tags which are great for all winter projects.
The layout sketch of these cards is the December 2023 SheetLoad of Cards sketch. patterned papers are from Bo Bunny's Candy Cane Lane 6x6 paper pad. I loved the soft color palette on those papers!
I did trim the Round Holiday Snowman Tags down a bit with a Cottage Cutz stitched circle die just to make them fit within the GMD Doily die better. I laced Raspberry Cupcake Trendy Twine through the doily on the first one and tied it into a bow at the bottom of the circle.
For the second card, I laced Twisted Lime Trendy Twine around the doily die. I adhered a sentiment stamped in gray ink from the APB Let It Snow stamp set under the doily. A trio of small gems were the finishing touch.
I also made a few more cards in the same style, same supplies, but without the Trendy Twine on these. Two of the snowman tags were more Christmas-y so I did add a Christmas sentiment to those and they will go into my stash for 2024 Christmas cards! It is never too early to start on those.
Here is a full look at the second set of cards.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:
