Today I am sharing the two firecracker boxes that I created as part of the display I showed on
THIS blog post. The SVG files I used to create them are from SVG Attic's
Festive Fourth set. The blue one is the tall firecracker file in that set.
I used
Krazy for Kraft twine as the "wick" of the firecracker. I simply made it into a tassel, flipped it upside-down and glued it to the top of the box.
I also used
Stars and Stripes twine and wrapped it around the center panel several times to add more visual interest.
The red firecracker box was crafted in the same way as the blue one, but it is the medium box from SVG Attic's
Festive Fourth set.
I also added a bow on the circle panel with
Krazy for Kraft twine. The patterned papers I used for these projects are from The Paper Studio's Vintage Nation stack.
