Elsa Happy Birthday Card

Earlier this month I had a niece celebrate a birthday.  I have so much fun creating for my nieces and making projects all frilly and sweet :)  My inspiration for this project was a 8.5"x11" Frozen paper pad by EK Success.
The cutting file for this card came from SVG Cuts' Five Minute Cards SVG kit.  The Elsa was part of the paper and I had the star cut her out.  I added some glitter to her dress to add a little extra sparkle.
For embellishments, I added two coordinating colors of crinkle seam binding and adhesive pearls.
Here is a peek at the inside of the card which I embellished with paper strips that were scraps from the other cuts.  Of course, I had to make a coordinating envelope to go with the card as well!
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

  1. Hi Beth!! I'm finally back from my Spring Break/Vacation!!! Thought I would Pop in to see what I've missed all week! What a beautiful card! Isn't it great to have nieces to make things for! I know you have all boys as do I... so making girly things is a rarity in our homes! LOL The papers are really pretty and it's a great design! I went back to see what else I missed and Oh WOW! You've made some great projects! I especially LOVE that 3D Tea set! Gorgeous! And that Cute Tag Birthday card! What Fun papers you used on it! I read on FB your son lost the Spelling bee... Bummer! But he was up against all those older kids... wow! He did an amazing job and I bet next year he will do even better! The card you made him was very cool! Glad to be back to blogging! Have a great day! :)
