Welcome to the SVG Attic-DCWV The Magic of Christmas blog hop! We are so excited to have you join us today!
You should be arriving from Tessa's blog. If you happened across this post out of order, please head to the SVG Attic blog to start at the beginning of the hop.
Here is what I created for the hop:
I used the gorgeous Merry Memories stack (available at Jo-Ann Fabrics) by DCWV to create my "Letters to Santa" mailbox.
The mailbox file is from SVG Attic's Love Letters set. I had so much fun choosing what paper prints I would use where! I added the words "Santa Claus" on the nameplate and evergreen branches from JGW Santa's Repose set on either side.
I decided to create a pretty cluster on the side with pinecones and evergreen branches from the JGW Santa's Repose set. I added a bow of crinkle ribbon and Candy Cane Trendy Twine.
Here is a close up of the flag on the mailbox. I used a stamp and enamel circle overlay to create the circle.
Here it is open with "letters" sticking out! Those postcard papers are from DCWV's Hand-Painted Christmas stack available in Michaels stores.
This mailbox setting will be available in an upcoming set at SVG Attic.
Now how about some blog hop prizes??
