If you have been following my posts for the last month, you have seen me use
DCWV's Confetti Stack A LOT. I just can't help it! This is my absolute favorite stack right now! This card uses those papers and was for my niece's 4th birthday.
I used the
Hello Sweet stamp set from Pink and Main for the sentiment and a full bow of
Raspberry Cupcake Trendy Twine. That yummy cupcake is cut from SVG Cuts'
Breezy Backyard Lever Cards kit. I embellished it with heart brads,
gold stickles and homemade enamel dots. It is popped up on foam tape. The confetti at the bottom of the card is part of the
Confetti Stack! It is in little pouches in the back of the stack :)

Your card is adorable! I love all of your creations with this gorgeous stack! It is so fun and festive. Love the sentiment too! My little niece will be turning 4 in just a little over a week too!
