I used paper from DCWV's Heirloom Stack, solid cardstock from here, wooden buttons, sewing tape measure washi tape and adhesive dots all from Oriental Trading.
Holly Berry Trendy Twine matched the patterned papers so well that I used it for the "thread" and as a bow on the button. I also added some rhinestones for a little more visual interest. The base of the sewing machine has a pull out box that you can fill with goodies or sewing notions. I used brown chalk ink around the edges of the die cuts as well.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
