Victorine Originals Challenge ~ Mood Board #12

Happy Friday! Today is the start of a new challenge at the Victorine Originals blog with a new mood board (you can see it at the bottom of this post). Here is what I created for inspiration!
I started out by stamping the VO Large Sunflower stamp onto watercolor paper with Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossing it with clear embossing powder. I then did a "triple time stamping" technique by using three different sizes of GMD stitched rectangle dies evenly spaced, to cut the stamped image.  Each of those panels was layered with black cardstock underneath.
I watercolored the top and bottom stamped panels with Distress Oxide inks in Fossilized Amber, Walnut Stain, and Peeled Paint.  The middle and top layers are popped up with foam tape.  I added some clear Nuvo Crystal Drops to the sunflower to add a little more visual interest.  Last, but not least, I stamped the sentiment from the VO Floral and Sayings stamp set, added a wooden button and Lemon Tart Trendy Twine.

Here is the wonderful mood board for the current challenge:
Head on over to the Victorine Originals blog and check out their challenge post. You have two weeks to enter your project/s.  We can't wait to see your take on the current Mood Board. With fruits of the harvest and gorgeous fall colors for inspiration, the possibilities are endless. Remember your project doesn't have to be Harvest only. You have three options Photo Inspiration, Color Palette, and/or Theme.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
