SumMore Fun Mood Board #27

Happy Friday! Today is the start of a new challenge at the SumMore Fun blog with a new mood board (you can see it at the bottom of this post). Here is what I created for inspiration!
I stamped the Victorine Originals Long Stemmed Rose in brown ink and colored it in with Prismacolor Scholar colored pencils.  The sentiment is from the Raisin Boat Marvelous Mom set, and was also stamped in brown ink.  The patterned papers are from Wild Rose Studio's Letters From Paris set.  To embellish, I added a sheer pink bow and an enamel dot.
Here is a look at the current mood board:
You can enter using the theme, pictures, or colors. Lots of choices! Head on over to the SumMore Fun blog and check out their challenge post. You have two weeks to enter your project/s. We can't wait to see your take on the current Mood Board.

Sewing Card Set

Happy Monday morning!  I am on the SVG Attic blog today with this sewing themed card set.
The files that I use are: Quilt card bi-fold basket, Quilt card bi-fold var star, Quilt card bi-fold peony, and Quilt card bi-fold tea leaf.  The envelope svg is included with the files.
The papers I used for the cards are from DCWV's Hello Darlin' stack.
For embellishments, I used green sequins and white Nuvo Crystal Drops.
The envelopes were cut out of paper from DCWV's DIY Project Stack: Envelopes.  The thimble on the back is a great finishing touch!
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ You're Wonderful

Hello all and happy Thursday!  I am sharing this card with matching envelope on the Trendy Twine blog today.
The card features Cotton Candy Trendy Twine.  I wrapped the Cotton Candy Trendy Twine around the scallops on the front die cut panel and then tied a double bow underneath that.  I added Cotton Candy Sequins in all four corners of the card.  I love that those sequins match the twine perfectly!  The papers I used are from DCWV's Peri & Peach stack.
Next up, I made a coordinating envelope!
I stamped a sentiment from the APB You've Got Mail stamp set on the back flap and also glued on arrows punched from the left over patterned paper I used on the card.

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Floral With Sympathy Card

Good Morning! Today is my day to post on the SumMore Fun blog. The card I am sharing with you uses Victorine Originals' Floral and Sayings stamp set.  I have used this set SO many times (see them here) and I recommend this stamp set to be in everyone's collection!
I stamped the floral stamp with VersaMark and embossed it with white powder.  For the sentiment, I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I used the Kaisercraft Mandala die to frame the stamped area.  It was a perfect fit for the card!  All patterned papers are from DCWV's Peri & Peach stack.  To embellish, I added some sequins in the bottom right corner.  Adhesives used include ATGLineco Adhesive, and foam tape.
Remember, we have this Mood Board Challenge going on right now! Here is the inspiration photo for it. You can use the pictures, theme, and/or colors to enter.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Spring Treat Packet

Hello all and happy Tuesday!  I am sharing this spring treat packet on the Trendy Twine blog today.
I started with a Sky Treat Packet and used a flower die to cut out an area on the front.  Once I added the candy (the zip top bag is included with the packets!), I decorated the front flap of the treat packet with Cotton Candy Trendy Twine,  Cotton Candy Sequins, and a Petite Kraft Tag.  I stamped a sentiment from the APB Choose Happy stamp set using VersaFine Onyx Black ink onto the tag.
Here is a closer peek of the cut out area and the yummy treats inside!  I added a few more Cotton Candy Sequins at the bottom of the treat packet.

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

SumMore Fun Mood Board #26

Happy Friday! Today is the start of a new challenge at the SumMore Fun blog with a new mood board (you can see it at the bottom of this post). Here is what I created for inspiration!
I used Victorine OriginalsBrush Floral stamp set to create this card.  I started with a piece of Canson XL Watercolor paper and stamped the grass (Lucky Clover Distress Oxide) along the bottom.  I then added flowers using Distress Oxides in Broken China and Faded Jeans.  The sentiment was stamped with VersaFine Onyx Black then embossed with clear embossing powder.  To embellish, I wrapped Totally Kraft Trendy Twine around the panel and added a bow.  I also added coordinating sequins in the top right corner.  I adhered the stamped panel onto blue cardstock die cut with GMD Loopy Rectangle die.  The kraft card base tied it all together!
Here is a look at the current mood board:
You can enter using the theme, pictures, or colors (like I did!). Lots of choices! Head on over to the SumMore Fun blog and check out their challenge post. You have two weeks to enter your project/s. We can't wait to see your take on the current Mood Board.

Breast Cancer Cards

This is another one of my Hobby Lobby clearance paper projects!  I purchased the 8x8" MAMBI breast cancer paper pad for $1.50 and got to work on these cards!
There is a local woman who is currently battling breast cancer, so I will be sending one of these out to her.  This style has rose gold foil on the background words, which makes it very showy in person.
I used GMD scalloped stitched rectangle and stitched rectangle dies, a retired stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps, Distress Oxide ink in Worn Lipstick and VersaFine Onyx Black ink.  Adhesives include foam tape and ATG
To embellish, I added ribbon from Annie's Paper Boutique and Platinum Stickles.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Boho Birthday Cards

Happy Monday morning!  I am on the SVG Attic blog today with these fun boho style birthday cards.
I have a couple special birthdays to send cards out for in the next month, so I wanted to get those cards created in plenty of time.  The first card is cut from the SnapDragon Snippets Cupcake Scallop Double Bi-Fold Card.  The papers I used are from DCWV's Boho Style stack.  It has gorgeous copper foil treatment on some of the papers that add lots of visual interest to the project.
For embellishments, I added Totally Red Trendy Twine and GMD Citrus Twist enamel dots.
Here is the open view of the card!  The sentiment is cut from a scrap of brown vinyl.  That is what I use a lot for sentiments because you always get a perfect cut and the adhesive is already on the back.
The second card uses the SDS GC Sleeve Decor Happy Birthday file.  Once again, I used papers from the same stack.  I created an A2 card base, then added the SVG cuts to the front of that.
To embellish, I used small bows of Twisted Lime Trendy Twine on the balloons and clear Nuvo Crystal Drops on the confetti dots.  The yellow layer is popped up with foam tape.  Other adhesives used on both cards include ATG and Lineco Adhesive.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Unicorn Birthday Cards

Happy Friday!  Are you one of the people who are in love with the unicorn phase that is going on right now?  If so, you will love these cards.
The patterned papers are from Craft Smith's Stay Magical paper pad.  The unicorn printable is from Printable Cuttable Creations and was free!  I used the following GMD dies for the card: scalloped stitched rectangles, stitched rectangles, crochet lace ovals, and slash stitched ovals.
The stamped sentiment is from APB Choose Happy stamp set.  Embellishments include crinkled seam binding and gold Stickles.  I also added clear glitter Wink of Stella on the unicorn horn, flowers, and hair, but that didn't show up well in the pictures.  Adhesives used were foam tape and ATG.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
