Trendy Bakers Twine ~ You Are Loved Card

Good Thursday morning!  I am on the Trendy Twine blog today with card that features our twine of the month, Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine.
I stamped the large flowers in pink and the sentiment in brown and die cut around them with a GMD eyelet elegance die.  The die was perfect for weaving the Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine through and I also tied a bow with it in the corner.  The stamped panel was set at an angle which is something I almost never do, but I think it really worked for this card!

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Kendra's Card Challenge #1

Hello everyone!  I am back today with a big group of cards that I created to participate in Kendra's Card Challenge.  In short, it is to make 16 cards out of 6 sheets of 6x6" paper.  In my true fashion, I added extra patterned paper in places and ended up making a few extra cards for a total of 20 cards using 12 sheets of single sided paper from The Paper Studio's Treat Your Self paper pad.
The image above is all of the card sketches that Kendra shared in her challenge.  I will share closer up images below.  I used stamps from several companies, dies from Cottage Cutz and Gina Marie Designs, enamel dots and Trendy Twine.

Here is a look at the 4 extra cards I created with leftover scraps from the 12 sheets of 6x6 paper.

I had to include a close up of this card.  I really love how it turned out with the stacked Happy die cuts!
If you have any questions on specific products used on these cards, just leave them in the comments below and I will answer them.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Valentine Treat Bags

Good Thursday morning!  I am on the Trendy Twine blog today with these cute Valentine's Day treat bags.  The topper on the bags doubles as a card since I used temporary adhesive to add it to the bag.
First up, I grabbed two Kraft Wide Chevron Treat Bags and stamped on them with APB You & Me stamps and brown ink.  I sat those aside to dry and grabbed two Kraft Brown Scallop Note Cards to use as toppers.  I wanted to show you how to dress them up in different ways using the same elements, so one is more masculine and one is more feminine.
They both used Chocolate Cupcake Trendy TwineHeart Tickets, and a stamp from You & Me stamps.  To add a little frill to the more feminine card, I added Pink Diamond Sparkling Gems and a strip of paper lace to the bag.  As I mentioned earlier, I used temporary adhesive to tape them to the top of the bags so I could still write a message inside and the toppers could be kept as cards.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:
