Oh Happy Day SheetLoad of Cards

Hello all!  What is one card that you always need?  Birthday cards, of course!  Today I am sharing a SheetLoad of birthday cards that I created from a tutorial that Call Me Crafty Al has on her YouTube channel.  The sketch I used is from the November 2019 SheetLoad of Cards video.

The instructions are to make 8 cards, so that is what I did.  The supplies I used on these include: Echo Park Paper Just Be You papers and stickers, Stampabilities Trendsetter stamp, GMD Peacock and Beach Party enamel dots, Scrapbook.com black hybrid inkBeary Art glueATG, foam tape.
I really like the bright and fun papers in this collection.  Don't you?
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Congrats Cards

Happy Friday morning! I am on the Trendy Twine blog today with two cards that I created for my two older boys who were finalists in their school spelling bee earlier this year.
The two cards were made in the same manner, just with different colors to reflect the favorite color of both of my boys.  Patterned papers are from Doodlebug Design School Days 6x6 paper pad.
I used a Pink and Main scallop waves die for the top two layers and stamped on the top layer with Pink and Main Congrats stamps.  The green card was accented with Twisted Lime Trendy Twine and enamel dots.
The blue card was created in the same way, but features Blue Berry Trendy Twine instead of the green.
Adhesives for both cards include ATG and a bit of foam tape under the black sentiment strip.  These cards were perfect for the occasion!

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Trendy Bakers Twine~Happy Bark-day

Hello all!  Today I'm sharing a card my son Levi (11 years old) created for the Trendy Twine blog!  He created it for a friend's birthday and used Totally Chocolate Trendy Twine on it.
The background is covered with patterned paper from The Paper Studio's Treat Your Self paper pad.  The stamps are from Paper Smooches Birthday Buddies.  He colored the stamped image with markers before wrapping Totally Chocolate Trendy Twine around it.  It matched the color of the dog's ears perfectly!  Once the stamped panel was adhered, the fun birthday card was complete.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Floral Birthday SheetLoad of Cards

Good morning!  I am back with another SheetLoad of Cards today!  I'll admit to being bit by the SheetLoad bug. You will be seeing more of these on my blog in the future.  This time, I used Call Me Crafty Al's March 2021 sketch and tutorial to make 12 birthday cards.
The patterned papers are from Carta Bella's Homemade With Love papers.  Additional supplies I used include Crafter's Companion flower dies, GMD x-stitched circle dies, Pink and Main Lacy Border die, Unity So Glad You Were Born stamp with SB.com Dark Chocolate ink and the edges were distressed with SB.com Leather ink.
For most of the layers, I adhered with Beary Art glue, but I did pop up the circle sentiment with foam tape.  The finshing element was gold pearl pen dots in the center of the flowers.
These were fun to create and I loved the cheery colors of the paper!  I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Birthday Circuitry Card

Happy Wednesday and St. Patrick's Day morning! I am on the Trendy Twine blog today with a card that features a lot of green, but instead of a St. Patty's day theme, it is for a birthday.
I used an SVG file from SnapDragon Snippets, my Silhouette Cameo, and solid cardstock to make the main parts of the card.  I decided to add the USB drive cut out to the card with Twisted Lime Trendy Twine so it could move freely.  The last thing I did was add silver pearl pen dots to all the ends of the circuits so it resembled soldering.  That was it!  Card completed!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Tiger Birthday Card

Hello all!  Today I'm sharing a card my son Levi (11 years old) created for the Trendy Twine blog!  A bow of Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine was the perfect accent to the card he created for his cousin's birthay.
He stamped and colored the cute tiger, added patterned paper, and used square dies to create the base of the card.  A few sequins and the bow of Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine were the perfect embellishments!
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

SheetLoad of Easter Cards

Hello all!  Recently I have been very inspired by the SheetLoad of Cards videos that Call Me Crafty Al has on her YouTube channel.  The collection of cards that are in this post are a reverse of her January 2021 SheetLoad of Cards sketch.
The instructions are to make 9 cards, but I acutally made a bonus card out of the leftover patterned paper scraps so I ended up with 10!  The supplies I used on these include: Echo Park Paper Have Faith, Diamond Press Easter Blessings stamps and die, Scrapbook.com LeatherMidnight Blue, and Olive inks, Beary Art glueATG, and GMD Soft Pink Pearls.

I hope you enjoyed these cards!  If you are inspired to make a large batch of cards, head over to Call Me Crafty Al's You Tube channel for great ideas.
