Trendy Bakers Twine~You're the Best Cards

Good morning!  Today I am on the Trendy Twine blog with this collection of uplifting cards.  They feature both Trendy Twines of the month, In the Navy and Totally Navy.
I started out planning to make three cards in this style to send out, but decided to double that to have some in my stash.  I used a sketch from December 2019 SheetLoad of Cards to create them.
Here's a list of supplies I used to make these cards: patterned paper from The Paper Studio Pretty Petals paper pad, solid color Recollections cardstock, Kraft Large Tag-ItsSky Large Tag-Its, scalloped stitched heart dies, In The Navy Trendy Page DotsIn the Navy Trendy TwineTotally Navy Trendy Twine, a stamped sentiment from the APB Friendship stamps, enamel dots and adhesive gems.  Adhesives used include ATG and Bearly Art precision tip glue.
Don't you think these cards work perfectly as a thinking of you card?  I sure do!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Navy Treat Box

Good morning!  Today I am on the Trendy Twine blog with a fun treat box.  It features both Trendy Twines of the month, In the Navy and Totally Navy.
I started with a 2x2 Kraft Box and kept it flat so I could easily stamp on it.  The APB You've Got Mail stamps were perfect for this project!  I used Versafine Clair Twilight ink to stamp all the sentiments.
Each visible side has different sentiments on it!  Won't this be so much for for the recipient?!  I glued both In the Navy Trendy Twine andTotally Navy Trendy Twine around the bottom of the box.
On the top, I also glued a frame of In the Navy Trendy Twine using Bearly Art precision tip glue as well as a tiny double bow of  Totally Navy Trendy Twine in the corner.  To finish off the box and fill in some blank spaces, I glued Blue Berry Sequins sporadically on the sides and the box was complete!

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Trendy Baker's Twine~You're A Star

Good morning!  I have another Trendy Twine post for you today. Annie's Paper Boutique recently released several new printables for school that are absolutely adorable.  I used one of those on today's project plus one of our featured twines of the month, Totally Red.
The focal point of this card comes from the Little Pick Me Ups Printable Tags which are perfect for just about anything!  They are great for first day of school, lunch box notes, hiding them in your kids' school supply boxes or bookbags, and of course cards and scrapbook pages! I paired the printable with patterned papers from Echo Park's 6x6 Back to School papers, Totally Red Trendy Twine, and a trio of Peppermint Stick Sequins.
While you are checking out the printable I used today, make sure to look at the other new school themed printables at Annie's Paper Boutique: Happy First Day of School Print & Punch TagsHere's to a Bright Year Printable Tags, and Let's Start This Year Off Write Printable Bag Toppers.  They really take the work out of school themed crafts!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Back to School Printables

Good morning!  I have another Trendy Twine post for you today.  If you have school age kids or grandkids, you probably have back to school on your mind like I do!  I always love giving my kids a little treat for the first day and Annie's Paper Boutique just released several new printables for school that made that task a snap.  I used three of the four new printables on today's project plus both of our featured twines of the month, Cranberry, and Totally Red.
First up, let's talk about the 2x8" Zip Bags.  They are the absolute perfect fit for 6 pencils or many other combinations of school supplies or goodies!  You can see below that I added erasers and pencils to one while keeping the second with only pencils inside.
All patterned papers used for today's projects are from Echo Park's Back To School 6x6" paper pad.  the treat on the left was dressed up with a belly band, Cranberry Trendy TwineCranberry Tag-It, a die cut dark gray circle and a Happy First Day of School Print & Punch Tag.  For the second treat bag, I added the Let's Start This Year Off Write Printable Bag Topper, which fits these 2x8" Zip Bags perfectly, to the top.  I then added a belly band embellished with Cranberry Trendy Twine and Twisted Lime Sequins.
Next up, I created little notecards to match the pencil treat bags.  They are made with more of the patterned paper mentioned earlier, embellished with label die cuts, Totally Red Trendy Twine and a sentiment stamp from the APB Smile stamp set.  I love how the one really looks like a composition notebook!  I rounded the corners with my Corner Chomper to mimic the corners of the labels.
Last, but not least, I made a quick treat for my daughter who still stays at home with me so she would feel special too!  I took a bok of crayons and wrapped it with Cranberry Trendy Twine, added a Cranberry Chunky Tag-It and a Here's to a Bright Year Printable Tag which I rounded the corners on and popped up with foam dimensionals.  Literally a 2 minute project, but she will love it to pieces.  Be sure to check out the printable I didn't use this time called Little Pick Me Ups Printable Tags that are perfect for school or any occasion!
