Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Spring Treat Cubes

Hello all and happy Thursday!  I am sharing these sweet spring treat cubes on the Trendy Twine blog today.
I started with 2x2 Candy Cubes and filled them with Rolos.  I added washi tape and Cotton Candy Trendy Twine around the cubes.  For the tag, I used a Natural Tag-It, stamped a sentiment from APB You've Got Mail stamp set with VersaFine Onyx Black ink, and added a Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dot.  To embellish, I made a flower out of Cotton Candy Trendy Twine and added a button center.  I also added three of the brand new Cotton Candy Sequins and a small bow of Totally Sky Trendy Twine.  I attached the tag to the 2x2 Candy Cube using Glue Dots.

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Wreath Builder Card

Good Morning! Today is my day to post on the SumMore Fun blog. The card I am sharing with you uses Victorine OriginalsBrush Floral stamp set and the wreath builder technique.
I started with a 4x4" piece of white cardstock and the wreath builder template in my stamp positioning tool.  I used one stamp at a time, rotating the paper and stamping it every 45 degrees.  The inks I used were Distress Oxides in Seedless Preserves, Worn Lipstick, and Cracked Pistachio.  Once those inks were dry, I cut the stamped piece in half since I wanted it to cover the front of an A2 card.  I covered the center blank space with cardstock and a sentiment from the Brush Floral stamp set.  The only embellishments I used were white enamel dots by the sentiment and yellow enamel dots as flower centers.
Remember, we have this Mood Board Challenge going on right now! Here is the inspiration photo for it. You can use the pictures, theme, and/or colors to enter.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Lots of Baby Boy Cards!

Hello all!  If you have been following along on my blog recently, you know that I was able to take advantage of Hobby Lobby's 75% off clearance that they started in February on several of their paper crafting items.  I went a LITTLE crazy buying paper pads since they were so cheap, so I made up my mind that I needed to make a point to USE them.  So here is a collection of baby boy cards using the Authentique Cuddle Boy 12x12 paper pad.

I cut up one of the word sheets included in the paper pad to make the focal point on all of these cards.
The basic layout of the cards is all the same as well.  Since the papers are double sided, I mixed and matched prints to what I thought looked the best with the word panels.
The patterned papers were layered with navy cardstock.  I used a postage stamp rectangle die to layer under the word panels.  Those were popped up with foam tape.  The rest of the layers were adhered with ATG.
The only embellishment I used was white Nuvo Crystal Drops.
The last two cards are the ones that have a horizontal orientation.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ A Little Cup Of Spring

Hello all and Happy Easter!  My fellow Trendy Twine DT sisters and I have adorable spring inspiration for you today on the Trendy Twine blog.  Hop on over to see all the projects!  This is what I created:
I started with a Mini Cup and fixed it up to look like a rabbit :)  The bunny ears and face svg are from SnapDragon Snippets.  I resized the ears to 2.5" tall and attached them to the cup lid with Glue Dots.  The face was sized to 1.6" wide and was also attached to the cup with Glue Dots.  The whiskers on the bunny are Totally Black Trendy Twine pieces that I starched.
To dress up the lid of the Mini Cup, I added a bow of Cotton Candy Trendy Twine in front of the ears.  The White Metal Rim Tag has a Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dot on it and I stamped the sentiment from the APB Choose Happy stamp set in blue ink.  I finished off the lid by wrapping it with Twill Chevron ribbon from the Pretty In Pink ribbon set.

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:
