Hello all and happy Tuesday! I am sharing this floral Happy Birthday card on the
Trendy Twine blog today. This card is a little different than my usual posts because this is a card that my 5 year old wanted to make for me!
He asked me what papers I wanted for my card, and I picked out these fun papers from
DCWV's Flower Shop stack. He loves using
Trendy Twine on projects, and this month's
Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine matched the paper perfectly! He die cut the layers with
GMD stitched rectangle and
GMD scalloped stitched rectangle dies. The Happy Birthday sentiment was from
APB Smile stamp set. We wrapped the
Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine around the sentiment paper and also threaded it through the button at the top of the card. The final embellishment he wanted to add were
GMD Rose Garden enamel dots.
Here he is so proud of the card he made for me (even though he had a little help 😉)!
