Happy Friday! Today is the start of a new challenge at the
SumMore Fun blog with a new mood board (you can see it at the bottom of this post). Here is what I created for inspiration using the
Raisin Boat Imagine stamp set.
I started out with watercolor paper and used VersaMark ink to stamp the large background stamp and embossed it with white powder. I then watercolored with
Distress Inks in Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean, and Worn Lipstick. Once dry, I trimmed it down and matted the center portion with black cardstock. I added a butterfly stamp from the
Imagine stamp set that was cut out with my
Brother Scan N Cut and popped it up with foam tape. The finishing touch was black nuvo crystal drops to create a butterfly trail.
Here is a look at the current mood board:
You can enter using the theme, pictures, or colors. Lots of choices! Head on over to the
SumMore Fun blog and check out their challenge post. You have two weeks to enter your project/s. We can't wait to see your take on the current Mood Board.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
