To see all the the pieces for this card on your cutting mat may seem a bit intimidating at first, but Jodi has a wonderful tutorial HERE that walks you through it step by step. The end result is SO worth it!! Check out that beautiful bouquet of lilies!
And a close up of them... Two of the layers have clear acetate behind them for added support for the flowers. I used Glue Dots stitched glue squares to stick the flowers to the acetate.
The label on the front adds so much! I used DCWV's Meet Me In Paris stack for all of the patterned papers. The embellishments are Nuvo Crystal Drops in gloss white and gloss bubblegum blush as well as Totally Chocolate and Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twines. I also added a thin strip of gold washi tape at the bottom of the box to bring out the gold foiling on the patterned paper. The best part is that the card fold flat for easy giving and storing!
Additional adhesives I used on this project are Scotch Tacky glue, Scotch foam tape, and Glue Dots craft dots.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Gorgeous floral arrangements. Hard to believe it is made out of paper. That is the best...it will last longer than real flowers.
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty!! I love everything about this! Thanks for linking up your project with us at Pink & Main Challenges.
