Windmill withTulips Card

Hello all!  I am back with another Wednesday edition of Victorine Originals creations!  This time I am using a Windmill stamp that has lots of gorgeous tulips surrounding it.
I stamped the image on watercolor paper with Versafine Onyx Black ink and used aqua brushes with Tim Holtz Distress Inks to color it in.  To do so, just rub the ink pad face down on your craft mat and pick up a bit of that color with your wet brush and start painting!  The colors I used were (L) Salty Ocean, Vintage Photo, (R) Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick, and Mowed Lawn.
Once dry, I die cut around the image using Cottage Cutz stitched oval dies.  I used Tombow Xtreme permanent adhesive under the watercolor layer to make sure it had a strong hold.  I layered that with a Spellbinder Floral Ovals die.  The whole oval panel was popped up with Scotch foam tape.
All of the patterned papers are from DCWV's Watercolor stack.  To embellish, I made a double bow of crinkled seam binding and also added three dots of Nuvo Crystal Drops in gloss white.
Here is a closer look at the new Windmill stamp.  It is currently on SALE!
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
