Do you ever start a project and don't finish it completely? Take the cards in this post, for instance. I wanted to do a OSW (One Sheet Wonder) grouping of cards and got halfway done with them only to feel uninspired by the remaining pieces, so I sat them aside for months! I have been on a mission to organize my craft room lately, and these cards were on the to-do list. Here is the grouping of 4 cards that I just completed.
And closeups...
The stack of paper I used for the patterned papers is DCWV's Meet Me In Paris. I love that stack so much! Since I started this project quite a while ago, I think I actually used 2 sheets of 12x12 paper to make these cards, but I don't honestly remember LOL!
Embellishments on these cards include
Nuvo Crystal Drops and
Totally Pink Trendy Twine. The sentiment is stamped in brown ink and is from MSE Anniversary Innies and Outies.
Now for the cards I had finished a long time ago! Grouping #1.
Here is a close up. The only things different that I used from the recent set of cards were the flower die and a different sentiment stamp (from the same stamp set) and black ink.
These feature a die cut tag stamped with another stamp set from the MSE set.
And last, but not least, This final card. So in all, I was able to create 10 anniversary cards using 2 sheets of patterned paper and some cardstock. Not too shabby! I just wish it hadn't taken me so long to finish them all! This project was inspired by
this post on Pinterest, which unfortuantely now goes to a dead link.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
