SumMore Fun Monthly Challenge #2

Good morning and welcome to SumMore Fun's monthly challenge!
Each challenge will have a theme, this may be a technique for you to try or a physical theme.  We are no longer expecting you to link your blog post to our challenge post.  We have a great new Facebook fan group called SumMore Fun Creations. All entries should be placed in the album labeled Monthly Challenge #2 in this group which can be found by clicking the link above.  This means even if you don't have a blog you can now join in!!

On to our second monthly challenge:
This month's theme is Christmas Crafts

My inspiration card uses the Victorine Originals Swirl Christmas Tree stamp and Christmas Wishes stamp.
The tag was die cut out of white cardstock and I stamped the Swirl Christmas Tree stamp using Sparkling Unicorn Spit in Lavish Lovebirds.  I simply took a paintbrush and painted the Unicorn Spit onto the stamp, then stamped it onto the tag.  Check out the beautiful shimmer and watercolor-like look it has!  To finish off the tag, I blended Walnut Stain Distress Oxide Ink around the outside and tied Cherry Latte Trendy Twine at the top.
The patterned papers are from The Paper Studio's Rustic Noel paper pad.  I added 3 colors of burlap ribbon behind the tag to add to the rustic feel of the card.  The Christmas Wishes sentiment was stamped with VersaMark ink and heat embossed with white powder.  I added red Stickles to the tree and corners of the card for a little extra sparkle.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
