Butterfly Frame Card

Hello all! Happy Wednesday. Today is my day to post on the Victorine Originals blog.

I created this card using a butterfly stamp from the VO Wings set and the sentiment stamp from the VO Butterfly set.   Both were stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink on prints from DCWV's Lilac Love stack.  The butterfly was embellished with White Nuvo Crystal Drops and white gel pen.

Additional products used include GMD Triburst stencil with homemade embossing paste, Grape Fizz Trendy Twine, GMD Floral Frame set die, GMD Spring Flower Arrangements dies and sage green paint. The recipe I used for the embossing paste is:  1/4 cup corn starch, 1 Tbsp. Elmer's School Glue, 1 Tbsp. Acrylic Paint (I used white but you can use any color) and small amount of water, just enough to make the mix into a paste.  I used the paste on watercolor paper for extra stability.
